Welcome to Taurus1901. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and Services. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Modifications to Terms & Website

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to all orders placed after the date of publication. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. We may modify or withdraw the website or any part of it without liability to you.


2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for restricting access to your computer or email to prevent unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.


3. Product Description & Availability

We strive to ensure product descriptions and dimensions are accurate and up to date. However, slight differences between the images/descriptions and the actual product may occur. If any product becomes unavailable, it will be removed from your order, and you will receive a refund or an agreed alternative delivery date.


4. Placing Orders

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order on this website. Orders are subject to product availability. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors or availability issues, with a full refund issued.


5. Custom Orders

Custom orders will only be accepted after mutual agreement on the design, cost, and delivery date. These include models in scales other than TT 1:120 or H0 1:87, or models not currently listed in our offer. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your custom order. Confirmation will be sent via email.


6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard

  • Debit cards: Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard

  • PayPal


7. Account Security & Liability

You agree to fully indemnify us for any claims, losses, damages, costs (including legal fees), or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from use of your account by anyone using your login credentials.


8. Our Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, please see the “Returns & Exchanges” section below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.


9. Shipping – UK

We aim to deliver within 3–4 working days across the UK. During peak periods, delivery may take longer. Orders are dispatched between 07:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).


10. International Shipping

International orders are sent via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 working days, but it may take up to 28 days. Buyers outside the UK assume all risk and responsibility for customs duties or import taxes, where applicable.


11. Returns & Exchanges

  1. You may return products within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  3. For damaged goods:

    • Send clear photos of the damage.

    • We will either send a replacement or issue a refund upon return.

  4. For faulty products:

    • We will send a replacement part or offer a refund upon return.

  5. Processing time for returns/exchanges may take up to 21 working days.

  6. No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom or made-to-measure products unless there is a manufacturing defect.


12. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information such as name, contact details, payment information, order history, and device/browser data. We use this data to fulfil your order, provide support, ensure security, and for marketing purposes (with your consent where required). 13. Marketing & Communication Preferences

By creating an account or placing an order, you may receive transactional emails and, where applicable, marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Transactional emails (e.g. order confirmations, shipping updates) cannot be opted out of.


14. Children's Data

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can remove it.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or Services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes any delay or failure in delivery beyond our reasonable control.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
