🚚 UK Shipping

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3–4 working days from dispatch.

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, between 07:00 – 15:00 (excluding UK bank holidays).

• During peak periods, fulfilment may take slightly longer – but we always do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international delivery via Royal Mail.

• Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days.

• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 28 days depending on the destination and local postal services.

• International orders are shipped at the buyer’s own risk.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance in your country.

• You are considered the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
